1. Licensing Terms
Each product license is issued exclusively for usage on one single PC. Unauthorized distribution, reverse engineering, software key extraction, re-selling, or sharing of individual licenses across multiple distinct host systems is strictly prohibited.
2. License Transfers & Hardware Changes
In cases where a host system undergoes formatting, hardware modifications, or system displacement, users can request license migration support. Support verification may be required prior to clearing and transferring activation rights to a secondary device.
3. Evaluation & Free Trial
Our 7-day free trial provides full operational evaluation capabilities across unlimited channels. Attempting to continuously reset, bypass, or tamper with trial counters to evade purchasing a commercial license constitutes a direct violation of these terms.
4. Payments and Gateway Fees
Quoted license prices might exclude local taxes, foreign exchange transaction margins, or payment processor fees. Final charges depend on the merchant account type, geography, and card-issuing bank policies.
5. Service Availability & Updates
Software development includes regular updates and improvements. While software updates aim for operational reliability, uninterrupted stream performance depends on local system specs, hardware encoders, network conditions, and proper operating environment setup.
